Demolition & Removal

Demolition &Removal

An old shed, unwanted deck, or mobile home can stand in the way of your next project. 4 Seasons assesses the demolition, loads and hauls the debris, and quotes the cleanup you want left behind. Start with photos, dimensions, and the property address.

Demolition & Removal

The Structure Removed. The Cleanup Planned.

Demolition is only part of clearing a property. We review how the machine and truck can reach the structure, what needs to be removed, where the debris will go, and how you want the site finished. The estimate defines those parts together.

Our work is suited to small demolition and removal projects with practical equipment access. Send photos of the structure and the space around it so we can arrange a useful site visit.

Our Demolition & Removal Services

Mobile-Home Removal

Site estimates for single-wide and double-wide demolition, debris loading, hauling, and cleanup. Contents, attached porches, foundations, access, and material checks are reviewed before pricing.

Sheds & Small Outbuildings

Assess an unwanted or deteriorated shed or small detached structure. Tell us about stored contents, concrete floors, nearby buildings, and utility connections so the removal scope is complete.

Deck & Porch Removal

Remove an agreed deck, porch, or similar outdoor structure. We assess attachments to the building, posts and footings, access, and the debris that needs hauling.

Fence & Outdoor Structure Removal

Take down suitable unwanted fencing or small outdoor structures. Posts, concrete footings, gates, and machine access are included in the scope review.

Demolition Debris Hauling

Already have the structure taken down? We can assess loading and hauling of agreed non-hazardous debris. Concrete, masonry, roofing, and mixed material need separate weight and disposal planning.

Site Cleanup & Grading

Agree on the property finish after removal: remaining debris pickup, suitable excavation, backfill, or minor grading. Imported fill and seeding are separate unless listed in the estimate.

Demolition & Removal

Mobile-Home Demolition and Removal

We assess single-wide and double-wide mobile-home removal by size, condition, contents, additions, and access. Porches, skirting, foundations, blocks, tanks, and material inside the home can change the job; tell us what you want included.

The site review identifies utility disconnections, required material checks, permits, and any specialist work needed before demolition. Asbestos abatement and hazardous-material handling are outside our standard removal scope.

We quote the demolition, loading, hauling, disposal, and agreed cleanup for the actual property. Ask whether foundation removal, imported fill, grading, or seeding is included. A site assessment comes before a firm price or start date.

Demolition & Removal

An Estimate for the Whole Removal

The price depends on the structure, equipment access, demolition and loading time, debris volume and weight, disposal, and the finish you need. Several haul trips can be part of the job. We explain the included work and any exclusions before scheduling.

Keep reusable items separate and point out anything that must stay. If you also need drainage, a trench, or driveway grading, ask us to assess that alongside the removal so the equipment and hauling plan fit the full project.

We work from Sod across nearby Kanawha, Putnam, Lincoln, and Boone communities, including Alum Creek, Charleston, St. Albans, Hurricane, and Teays Valley. Send the address to confirm coverage.

How It Works

From your first photos to removal.

  1. Photos and a Site Visit

Send the address, structure dimensions, and photos of each side and the access route. We review the condition, nearby structures, contents, and the finished site you want.

  2. A Defined Removal Plan

Agree on the demolition, preparation, loading, haul trips, disposal, and site finish. Required checks and utility disconnections are resolved before work begins.

  3. Demolition, Hauling and Cleanup

We carry out the agreed removal and cleanup. Additional structures, buried material, or a changed finish are reviewed with you before adding work.

Demolition & Removal FAQ

Do you remove mobile homes?
Yes. We assess single-wide and double-wide demolition and removal with a site visit. Send the dimensions, condition, contents, address, and access photos. We define the preparation, demolition, hauling, disposal, and cleanup before giving a firm quote.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos help us assess whether the project fits and what to check on site. Demolition usually needs a site visit before a firm total because access, attachments, utilities, materials, and disposal can change the work.
Does the quote include hauling and dump fees?
The estimate identifies demolition, loading, hauling, disposal, and the agreed cleanup. Ask us to include the full removal you want, including contents or attached structures. Special materials and additional work are confirmed separately.
Will you remove the foundation or concrete pad?
Only if it is included in the estimate. Show us the foundation, blocks, slab, posts, or footings you want removed. Heavy material needs a separate excavation, hauling, and disposal assessment.
What needs to happen before demolition?
The site review identifies permission to remove the structure, utility disconnections, permit requirements, and material inspections or specialist handling. We agree on who arranges each part before setting the work date.
Can you handle asbestos?
Asbestos abatement is outside our standard demolition scope. If material needs inspection or specialist removal, that work must be resolved before our agreed demolition and hauling begins.
Can you grade the site or bring in fill afterward?
We can assess suitable backfill, fill delivery, and minor grading with the removal. Tell us your plans for the space. The estimate lists the finish, materials, and any seeding included.
How long does removal take?
Timing depends on the structure, preparation, access, contents, haul trips, and cleanup. We provide a schedule after the site review and required preparation rather than promise the same duration for every property.
