One Pickup or a Whole Property Cleanout

You do not need a full truckload to ask for a quote. We assess single bulky items, accumulated garage clutter, rental move-outs, and larger piles that need several trips. Tell us what stays and what goes, and we will agree on the work before loading.

For a house or rental cleanout, show us each room or area involved. For contractor debris, show the pile and the truck access. We account for the lifting, stairs, long carries, sorting, and disposal so you know what the removal includes.

Our Hauling & Junk Removal Services

Furniture & Household Junk

Sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, and other agreed household items. We can collect a prepared pile or quote loading from inside. Appliances, mattresses, and special-disposal items need confirmation first.

Garage & Rental Cleanouts

Clear out a garage, storage shed, or property after a move-out. Point out what must stay; we quote the agreed contents, loading labor, access, and number of removal trips. Larger or mixed-content cleanouts may need a walkthrough.

Construction Debris Hauling

Agreed wood, drywall, flooring, and other non-hazardous debris after a remodel or repair. Homeowners and contractors can request a pickup or a larger cleanup. Separate concrete, brick, shingles, and unknown materials for a weight and disposal check.

Yard Waste & Brush Hauling

Remove an accessible pile of branches, brush, and yard debris after a cleanup. Include photos of large logs, stumps, and soil mixed into the pile. Cutting, machine loading, or stump excavation can be assessed as additional work.

Dirt & Heavy Material Hauling

Remove suitable soil left after a building pad, drainage trench, or driveway project, plus agreed concrete and masonry debris. Material type, weight, access, and disposal determine the loads and trips.

Gravel, Topsoil & Mulch Delivery

Bring gravel, topsoil, fill dirt, or mulch to an agreed accessible unloading spot. Send the material type and quantity, or the area and depth you want covered. Delivery and any spreading or grading are identified separately in the estimate.

Choose Who Does the Loading

Full-service removal: our crew loads the agreed items and hauls them away. Tell us about stairs, long carries, and anything that needs to come out of a building so the quote covers the labor.

Customer-loaded pickup: you load during an agreed appointment while the truck and driver stay on site. This works for a prepared pile when you have the people to load it. We confirm loading time and any additional waiting charge in advance. This is not a drop-off dumpster or unattended trailer rental.

Our 7-foot by 14-foot bed with 3-foot sides has about 11 cubic yards of level geometric space. That is a volume reference, not a weight allowance or a guarantee every pile fits. Heavy material may reach the safe payload limit with much less space filled.

A Quote That Matches Your Load

Send photos of the whole pile, an item list, your address, and how close the truck can park. Tell us whether you want crew loading or plan to load it yourself.

The price depends on volume, weight, loading time, access, travel, and disposal. We confirm what is included before loading; extra items or a changed scope need an updated price agreed with you.

Dirt, concrete, brick, roofing, and other dense materials are quoted separately by material and safe load weight. For delivery, the quote separates the material cost from hauling and any spreading or placement work.

A bigger cleanout may need a site visit before we can give you a firm total. We can quote one agreed pickup, a defined group of rooms, or a larger removal project. Tell us your deadline and we will check scheduling when we review the job.

Hauling That Fits the Rest of the Job

Have soil left after grading for a new building or putting in a drainage line? We can assess machine loading and removal of suitable material, whether we do the digging or another contractor has already finished.

A new gravel parking area, a shed replacement, or a deck tear-out often needs more than a pickup. Ask about material delivery, small excavation, and debris hauling in one estimate, with the work and cleanup agreed in advance.

We start from Sod and work around Alum Creek, Charleston, South Charleston, St. Albans, Nitro, Hurricane, Teays Valley, and nearby communities in Kanawha, Putnam, Lincoln, and Boone counties. Send the job address so we can check the route and access.

How It Works

From your first photos to removal.

  1. Show Us What Needs to Go

Send wide photos of the pile or rooms, your town, and a list of unusual or heavy items. Include the route from the items to where the truck can park.

  2. Agree on Loading and Price

Choose crew loading or attended customer loading. We confirm the items, access, disposal, planned trips, and total for the agreed work before booking.

  3. We Load and Haul

At the appointment, confirm what stays and what goes. We handle the agreed pickup and disposal. Any added items or changed work get an updated price first.

Hauling & Junk Removal FAQ

What can you haul?
We quote household junk, furniture, brush, and suitable construction debris, plus agreed material deliveries. Send a list and photos so we can confirm acceptance. We do not accept hazardous chemicals, asbestos-containing material, biohazards, fuel, or pressurized containers. Tires, paint, batteries, and refrigerant appliances need a disposal check before we can agree to take them.
Can you leave a dumpster or trailer for me to fill?
No. For customer-loaded service, the truck and driver stay while you load during a scheduled appointment. We agree on the loading window before arrival. Ask for full-service loading if you want us to handle the lifting.
How much fits in the truck?
The bed measures 7 by 14 by 3 feet, which is about 10.9 cubic yards filled level. Actual load size depends on how the items fit and their weight. Dirt, concrete, and gravel cannot be priced or loaded like lightweight furniture and brush.
Is it cheaper if I load the truck myself?
It can reduce loading labor, but travel, the truck and driver's time, and disposal still apply. Send photos and tell us your loading plan so we can compare the two options for your job.
Are dump fees included?
We spell out loading, hauling, disposal, and any special-item charges in your quote. If the material, quantity, or access changes, we confirm an updated price before taking on the extra work.
Do you deliver gravel and topsoil?
Yes. We quote gravel, topsoil, fill dirt, and mulch delivery across Kanawha, Putnam, Lincoln, and Boone counties. Send the material, quantity, address, and unloading access. Spreading is separate unless included in the quote.
Can you clean out a whole property?
We assess property and rental cleanouts. A large job may need several trips and a site visit before pricing. Tell us what must stay, what needs to go, who will load, and whether there are stairs or other access limits.
Do I need to move everything to the curb?
No. Ask for crew loading and tell us where the items are. Photos of stairs, doorways, rooms, and the parking area help us quote the carrying and loading work. A prepared outdoor pile is a different scope from removal through a house.
Can you remove a shed or mobile home as well as the debris?
Yes, we assess small demolition and mobile-home removal as separate projects. The estimate covers the structure, access, material checks, demolition, loading, disposal, and agreed site finish. Send photos and dimensions for a site review.
Can you haul dirt left by another contractor?
Yes, we can assess a separate pickup of suitable excavated soil. Send photos, rough pile dimensions, the job address, and the route a truck and loading machine would use. Tell us about concrete, roots, or other material mixed into the pile. We confirm loading, accepted material, disposal, and planned trips before quoting.

Got a Pile That Needs to Go?
