Gary McCallister
Builder. Carpenter. Neighbor.
Gary has spent 37 years as a carpenter in West Virginia, building bridges across the state with the Charleston Carpenter's Local 429. He knows what hard work looks like and what it takes to do a job right.
In 2025, Governor Morrisey appointed Gary to the state Workforce Development Board for his commitment to growing the trades in West Virginia. He also works with Make-A-Wish and helps connect men and women leaving the state's correctional facilities with real trade careers and a second chance.
4 Seasons is how Gary brings that same work ethic home, helping his neighbors with excavation, drainage, washing, hauling, and property maintenance.
